Registration
- Registering an account on AngeNZ-Designs is free and completely voluntary but is required to be able to comment on posts and pages throughout the site. Any personally identifiable information gathered as part of the registration process, is considered confidential is not shared with any third-parties.
- Registered members including partners, are required to at all times be respectful and courteous toward other members of this site; no slandering, flaming, spam or otherwise untolerable behaviour will be accepted and will result in your account on this site being banned.
Buying Credits
- You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase credits from AngeNZ-Designs, as all payments are processed by PayPal which is only available to users 18 years and over. Please see their Legal Agreement for more information about their terms;
- Credits cannot be purchased for “Guest” accounts or new accounts that have an IMVU membership of less than 3 months. You must have registered (purchased) your name to be able to buy credits from AngeNZ-Designs;
- As a precautionary measure to prevent fraudulent activity such as unauthorized account use, all customers are limited to a total purchase amount of no more than $200.00 USD worth of credits per week; Once this limit has been reached, AngeNZ-Designs reserves the right to block any further transactions from you until the current period that the limit applies to, has ended;
- You must be the owner of the PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Account that you specify as your payment source, or have permission to use the account; Should a chargeback be filed against AngeNZ Designs following a successful transaction and transfer of credits with you, IMVU will be notified and your account will be at risk of being disabled. Further legal action may also be taken to report you for fraud and collection steps will be taken to recover the due debt from you;
- You understand that you are responsible for ensuring that the correct IMVU avatar name is entered when buying credits; as once these credits have been transferred, the order is considered completed; AngeNZ-Designs does not accept responsibility if there is a spelling mistake in the name that you requested the goods be delivered to; and you agree not to hold AngeNZ-Designs liable for any such errors.
Selling Credits:
- To sell credits to AngeNZ Designs, you must be an IMVU member with a membership time of no less than 3 months; a developer with at least 60 products in your catalog or be able to produce a transaction log which shows how you accumulated the credits that you are selling;
- AngeNZ Designs does not support the sale of copyrighted and/or trademarked material in IMVU without the expressed written consent of the respective proprieter. Should any of your products include this material, your offer of selling credits will be declined and this decision will be final;
- Once you have received confirmation of your credits being purchased, these credits must be transferred to our reseller account (“AngeNZDesigns”) before payment will be made to you. All payments are made in USD and AngeNZ-Designs uses mass payments to cover fees so that you receive the full amount quoted in your credit sale request; The minimum amount of credits that will be purchased is 50,000 credits and the maximum amount that will be purchased is 200,000 credits, per person (not per account) within a 7-day period.
AngeNZ-Designs may make changes to the content and terms on this site, at any time without notice but any such changes will always be updated and documented on-site. Therefore it is recommended that you periodically check the terms posted on this site for any updates and changes, as your continued use of this site and services after changes have been posted, acknowledges your agreement to the new terms.
