Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product or service that you have purchased from AngeNZ-Designs (note that this does not include any third-party products or services), you can return it within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that you have a valid receipt which contains the following information:

  • PayPal or AlertPay transaction number;
  • IMVU transaction number (20 digit number in the item description)
  • Buyer Name in full
  • Buyer phone number
  • Name of the recipient

In the event that you have been the victim of an unauthorized transaction due to someone having used your financial information without your consent, you must use the appropriate dispute process that is offered by both PayPal and AlertPay (our third-party payment processors) on their websites, where the transactions were processed.  All disputes receive priority from AngeNZ-Designs and if there is sufficient evidence to show that a transaction was not unauthorized, we will issue a full refund and the recipient of the goods will be reported to the appropriate authorities and have their IMVU accounts permanently disabled.

Our contact information including our website address, email and phone number, is provided on all customer receipts and customers are encouraged to use those details if there is a problem with a transaction.  Failing to use that information and the appropriate dispute processes offered by our payment processors (PayPal and AlertPay) by filing a chargeback or requesting a reversal of payment with your financial provider without any attempt to resolve the matter with us directly, is a much too common indication of fraud and will result in you being added to a blacklist that is available to other business owners.
