Born on that little dot on the globe called New Zealand and raised in a rural community with a lovely view of the oceanside, I am a down-to-earth country girl at heart.
In IMVU you will usually find me through the country products and derivables that I create or the SketchUp group that I have in there. However, behind the scenes my background is actually in professional education as a teacher with some 9 years experience in the classroom. Working with children in a supportive role has always been a big passion of mine and recently, I stepped back from teaching to pursue a doctorate in Clinical Psychology so that I can work with children and their families in a more specialised capacity.
Personal interests of mine include sketching, oil painting, cultural performing arts, badminton, touch rugby and travelling both in and outside of New Zealand. Being a person who absolutely loves animals and nature, I am also a supporter of the Oceanic Preservation Society (OPS) and the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA).
